For a combined construction and interiors trip, group meetings by venue and confirm what each badge includes. Keep a separate list of kitchen and bath, surface-material and general building questions so each conversation has a clear purpose.

Collect evidence for the next decision

For equipment, request the operating assumptions behind a demonstration. For building products, request application and installation documents. Record the person responsible for the technical follow-up, not just the booth number.
