Automate 2027: robotics and automation make the move to Las Vegas
Automate’s 2027 edition puts industrial automation in a new host city, with opportunities to examine equipment and its integration requirements.

May 10–13, 2027 · Las Vegas, NV · Association for Advancing Automation
Automate 2027 runs May 10–13 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Association for Advancing Automation, known as A3, produces the exhibition and conference.
Start with a defined application
A robotics project needs more than a robot selection. Handling, sensing, tooling, controls and the surrounding process all affect the result. Use supplier meetings to understand those connections.
Bring a representative part or task description, production variation and the target operating conditions. Ask vendors what must change around the machine to achieve the demonstrated result.
Distinguish the next program from the recap
The official site confirms the 2027 move to Las Vegas and offers registration and exhibition information. It also retains a 2026 recap, speaker material and sponsor listings. Those earlier participants should not be treated as confirmed for the new edition.
Watch the 2027 program as it develops and choose sessions that support the application you are evaluating.
Compare the route into production
Ask for the integration scope, training expectations, commissioning steps and ongoing support responsibilities. A useful proposal explains the complete installation rather than only the equipment supplied.
After the show, turn the strongest discussions into a trial or engineering study with clear acceptance criteria. That is where an impressive demonstration becomes an assessable factory option.
