For fabrication, packaging or material handling, bring the part or load dimensions, required output and current bottleneck. Ask where a proposed machine starts and ends in the process, and what upstream or downstream work it assumes.

Give HVACR its own project brief

For building-system meetings, bring the operating problem, site constraints and service requirements. Keep equipment selection, controls integration and commissioning responsibilities on the same checklist.

Make separate dates work for your team

The calendar contains different exhibitions rather than one combined show. Choose the relevant buying task first, then assign the people who can assess production, maintenance and procurement questions at that edition.
