Work Truck Week 2027 is scheduled for March 9–12 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. NTEA organizes the event for commercial vehicle and work-truck professionals.

Begin with the duty rather than the model

A work truck is part of an operating system. The chassis, body, mounted equipment, tools and crew all need to fit the job. Bring the payload, route and working requirements into supplier conversations.

Ask how an upfit affects access to equipment, service tasks and daily setup. Keep the complete proposed configuration in view when comparing alternatives.

A program taking shape

NTEA’s event site announces a new Future Truck Summit for 2027 and lists mountaineer Ed Viesturs as the keynote speaker. Review the detailed program as arrangements are published.

The March 9–12 dates describe Work Truck Week as a whole. Confirm the exhibit-hall and individual session days before fixing supplier appointments or travel.

Leave with a coordinated proposal

For a serious candidate, request a clear division of responsibilities between chassis supplier, body builder and equipment installer. Record which measurements or operating details are still needed.

A useful follow-up should evaluate the complete vehicle against the intended work, including training and service support. That makes the show relevant to construction, maintenance and field-service teams as well as fleet purchasing specialists.
