The ASSEMBLY Show returns October 27–29, 2026 to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. The BNP Media event is partnered with The Quality Show, bringing measurement, inspection and testing alongside assembly technology.
Follow a part through the process
The value of this combination is the ability to examine how a part is assembled and how the result is checked. A faster joining step may create little benefit if downstream inspection remains the constraint.
Bring a real part family, expected production volumes and changeover requirements. Compare the handling, fastening and inspection steps as a connected process.
Education with a production focus
The published 2026 agenda lists an October 28 AI in Manufacturing keynote panel with Girish Gopalakrishnan, Roy Devadas, John Platais and Jung Yoon. It also includes a guided tour of fastening and joining technologies.
Use those sessions to sharpen questions for equipment suppliers. Ask which demonstrations represent standard production capability and which need additional integration work.
Three days with different hall hours
The exhibition opens with a 4–7 p.m. session on October 27, continues 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on October 28 and closes at 2 p.m. on October 29. Conference access and other program elements can have separate registration requirements.
