The ARA Show 2026: rental equipment needs a plan beyond the purchase

The Orlando gathering linked machinery discovery with the operational systems that keep rental fleets working.

The ARA Show’s 2026 program in Orlando paired education on March 1 with a March 2–4 exhibition at the Orange County Convention Center. For equipment businesses, the event is a setting for examining what happens throughout a rental cycle, not just when a machine is purchased.

Equipment within a rental workflow

ARA’s published registration information brought education, equipment and event-sector discussions into the same program. Exhibitor PREXA365 described demonstrations of rental-management software covering quotations, contracts, inspections and invoicing.

RBG’s post-show account confirms that its team supported DINOlift at the Orlando event. This provides a specific aerial-equipment connection within a show that serves several types of rental business.

Evaluate the handovers

In RBG’s account, maintenance requirements were a recurring question at the DINOlift display. The team described using the 92RXT on its outriggers to discuss service access, followed by questions from visitors about parts availability.

Ask how the proposed product fits that sequence. Which information does the customer receive? What is checked on return? Where are service records kept? Answering those questions makes it easier to compare hardware and management tools together.

Build a trial around real work

Before expanding a fleet, define the rental tasks the proposed equipment is intended to serve. Compare support arrangements and preparation requirements as carefully as the headline specification.

The ARA Show’s practical relevance lies in connecting the product with the business process. A good follow-up should clarify how the equipment will be managed from its first booking to its next service.
