Manufacturing Technology Series EAST is scheduled for May 11–13, 2027 at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Featuring EASTEC, the event is part of the regional series co-produced by SME and AMT.
A regional show with production at its center
The event connects manufacturers with equipment, tooling and technology suppliers. Its established scope includes precision machining, automation, robotics and manufacturing software, serving industries ranging from industrial equipment to aerospace and medical manufacturing.
Compare a process, not just a machine
A machining purchase often changes more than cutting capacity. Workholding, tool availability, programming and inspection must fit the proposed process. EAST can be approached as an opportunity to compare those elements together.
Bring a part drawing or a non-confidential description of the operation. Ask each supplier to work from the same assumptions about material, batch size and required finish. That creates a more useful comparison than unrelated demonstration cycles.

The official site confirms the new dates but retains a 2025 recap, sponsor list and exhibitor references. Those historical lists are not a confirmed 2027 roster. Individual exhibitor spotlights and speaker profiles can be added when the new edition’s participation is announced.
