INTERPHEX 2026: production equipment meets the integration question
Cleanroom infrastructure, fluid-management systems and outsourcing conversations linked individual products to pharmaceutical production.

INTERPHEX returned to New York’s Javits Center on April 21–23, 2026. Its manufacturing relevance lay in how equipment and services fit together across a production operation.
Equipment and education at scale
The organizer reported more than 600 exhibitors and more than 100 education sessions. The new Contract & Outsourcing Exchange also hosted nearly 300 partnering meetings.
Among the examples in the recap, CPC Biotech introduced a unified portfolio of fluid-management components, while AES Cleanroom Technology built a modular cleanroom on the show floor. These exhibits linked component choices with broader production infrastructure.
The conversations after the exhibition
In an organizer-published response, CPC Biotech’s Eric Wyatt described connections with both new and existing customers. Shannon Morfin of Life Science X highlighted the educational opportunity and access to partners across the manufacturing ecosystem.
For a production team, supplier engagement is most useful when responsibilities are clear. Ask where one supplier’s scope ends, what information the next participant needs and who coordinates the interfaces.
Integration needs evidence
A physical demonstration can make a process easier to understand, but a production decision requires project-specific review. Teams should request the documentation, testing approach and support plan appropriate to their own facility.
The main lesson from INTERPHEX’s mix of equipment and partnerships is organizational as well as technical. Bringing the right people together early can help make the intended production system easier to define.
